Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Items (kurta sets, co-ord sets, kids shirts, dresses, t-shirts, dungarees) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Return Process

  • Share your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup/shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason for return.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
